TDL Staffing was founded in 2002 by three sisters to deliver exceptional administrative staffing solutions for Alaska. They knew firsthand just how hard it was to hire administrative talent, and they knew there had to be a better way.
TDL’s local roots and commitment to service earned the firm a reputation for excellence among both businesses and job seekers in the region. Over time, TDL grew to serve light industrial clients and then medical clients. Today, they are recognized as a leader in the industry. Clients partner with them for long-term solutions, because they act as a seamless extension of their HR teams. Candidates trust TDL, because they get to know candidates as people, not just resumes.
