A temporary employee will be an employee of TDL Staffing, working at the client/business work site. TDL will be the employer of record and pay the employee’s wages. This includes paying all associated taxes, and insurances.

A Temporary employee may be hired to a client/business permanent staff. This gives you, the client the opportunity to evaluate the employee and make sure they are right employee for your position.

Temp to Perm staffing fees are based on 560 hours. After an employee works at your work site for 560 hours, there are no additional staffing fees. Any time prior to 560 hours the staffing fee will be a prorated fee based on the amount of hours remaining from the 560 hours.

The applicant is hired directly to the client/business permanent staff. Your business is the employer of record. TDL will do all the work for you; recruitment, testing, screening, evaluation, and preliminary interviewing. The final candidates are then presented to you the client.

If an applicant is selected to be hired by your company there is a staffing fee. The staffing fee is based on a percentage of the annual gross salary of the position being staffed.
